Paul’s attention to detail, planning, follow through, and ability to handle high stakes make him a great asset in achieving your goals when it comes to buying or selling your next property.
PAUL DILLER’S BACKGROUND
Paul grew up on small farms south of Kansas City and in Warren County, west of St. Louis. Through high school Paul was very active in Boy Scouts, earning his Eagle Scout and earned his college degree after being awarded an Army ROTC scholarship. During those years, Paul spent hundreds, if not thousands, of hours in the backwoods of Missouri and found that Missouri really has it all for the outdoorsman, farmers, ranchers, and those who just enjoy living on a great piece of land. Paul graduated from Missouri State University in 2011 and served nearly 8 years active duty as an Army Aviation Officer where he flew reconnaissance helicopters in the 82nd Airborne Division as an armed air cavalry scout. During that time, he continued to buy and sell land and homes and joined Trophy Properties and Auction in January 2019.
Paul lives with his wife and two young boys in Hermann. In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Paul invests in rental properties and farm and recreational land in Central Missouri. Paul still serves in the US Army Reserve as well as the Hermann Volunteer Fire Department and Hermann Chamber of Commerce. If Paul has free time, he is likely working on renovating a house, riding horses, canoeing, or just keeping his boys out of trouble.
