I am passionate about outdoor recreation and hunting. I spend much of my time scouting and learning what makes a property excellent for hunters, and I know the areas of Pike and Lincoln County very well. My connections and knowledge of the area make me a valuable asset to the Trophy Properties Team. All in all, I understand the importance of having a piece of land or home that meets all of your needs. Whether you are looking for land or a residential property in the area, I will be happy to lead you in the right direction.

RICHARD EVANS’S BACKGROUND

I’ve have had the opportunity to manage a friend’s 1,500 acre ranch, doing all things necessary to get it ready for hunting season. I have also worked as a hunting guide as well as with a number of outdoor shows. This helps in knowing what to look for in a piece of property.

I started my career in civil and industrial engineering, working at an engineering firm while attending school. During my time there, I learned about surveys as well as architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. Because of this work, I am able to use that knowledge and apply it when helping my clients find their next trophy home.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I have been married to my wife, Alicia, since 2010. We have two young children, Hank and Owen. We recently purchased and renovated a home in Eolia. My family loves getting outside and enjoying nature. Growing up, my dad and grandpas instilled a love for the outdoors in me that would last a lifetime and I am doing the same for my boys. We can often be found on a farm, hunting, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors.
