I know every agent says their listings are the best on the market but if you’re looking for a small piece of property this 20 +/- acre tract is really nice. The property is very secluded, located at the end of a deeded easement and has a great possible building and/or lake site for a cabin or home in the NW corner. The timber is really clean and open with a nice creek running through the middle of the property.

The 20 +/- acres also sets up great for hunting. It is at the center of 100’s and 100’s of acres of timber and CRP and is the hub for all the deer movement through the area. Clearing about 5-7 acres for 1 or 2 hidden food plots would be what you need to suck the deer in. There are lots of trails and rubs located throughout the property.
