1) A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to arrive at the final sale price.
2) Payment to be made by Credit Card within 24 hours of the completion of the sale.
3) Bidding ends Thursday, September 6th starting at 7:00 p.m.
4) Pick-up, Saturday, September 8th from 9 AM to 12 PM.
