After 20 plus years as an executive with a graphic arts company in St. Louis, MO, Phil was able to combine his business acumen with his passion for private land management and begin a new career helping others achieve their dream of owning farmland and recreational property.
Phil is a full-time real estate broker and dedicates his time and energy to managing a first-class brokerage that serves their clients, and also provides a working environment that attracts the best agents. Being a Broker/Partner at Trophy Properties and Auction is not a job, it is a career, and he loves going to work every day. Phil’s decades of experience in business has resulted in him having a large network which optimizes his ability to unite buyers and sellers.

Jason bought his first farm over 30 years ago and has bought and sold many since. His primary focus is helping his clients through the process whether they are buying or selling a property. Through many years of managing his own farms, Jason understands the full potential of the land. He has experience in lake construction, harvesting timber, new building construction, native grasses, and tillable food plots.
Jason is a full time Missouri & Kansas real estate broker who is passionate about helping his clients make the most educated decisions when buying or selling.

Jason is honest, efficient, and knowledgeable of land with a long track record of auction and real estate success. As someone who grew up on a local farm and a leader in the Auction industry, he has extensive knowledge of rural property, including soil type and productivity, as well as a firm grasp on how to best market the land being sold. Whether you are looking to sell highly productive income-producing cropland and pastures or wooded land for recreational use, Jason has the background and expertise to highlight the best features of the property and get it in front of the right people. Utilizing cutting edge Auction technology and marketing techniques, Jason has amassed a long list of satisfied clients who were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and friendliness.

Director of Marketing | Owner
Jake Brown is the Director of Marketing at Trophy Properties and Auction and a licensed real estate agent specializing as a Land Legacy Advisor. He partners with estate planners and financial advisors to help families navigate land ownership, inheritance, and generational transitions. With a background in media production and nearly a decade in the film industry, Jake brings a creative edge to real estate marketing, ensuring every property is showcased to its fullest potential. He also serves as a board member for the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis and remains deeply connected to the outdoors and his community in St. Louis.

Office Manager
Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, in a family that loved to duck hunt, Libby Riley developed a passion for the outdoors early on in life. After four years with a commercial real estate services firm, Libby decided that the move to Trophy Properties and Auction would be the perfect fit for her skill set and lifestyle. As a detail-oriented, creative, multifaceted individual, Libby demonstrates strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent organizational, problem solving and high-quality customer service skills. Libby graduated from the University of Tulsa with a BA in Elementary Education/Psychology and is an advanced professional communicator and writer.

Marketing Specialist
Erika is the Marketing Specialist at Trophy Properties and Auction and a proud Missouri native. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she focused on design, marketing, and psychology. At Trophy, she strives to create marketing strategies that bring out the best in each property and highlight the expertise of the team. Her work gives sellers the confidence that their property is being presented with care and provides agents with the marketing support they need to succeed in the competitive Midwest land market.

Office Admin
Beth was born in St. Charles, Illinois, and grew up in Southern Illinois, where she raised her daughter, Christine. After earning an associate’s degree from Shawnee Community College, she began a 25-year career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, serving in several roles before retiring in 2014 from the Federal Maximum Security Prison in Marion, Illinois. She later worked part-time at a law firm before joining Trophy Properties and Auction. Having lived in Florida for a few years, Beth ultimately returned to St. Louis to be closer to family and now resides in Valley Park, where she enjoys gardening, spending time with loved ones, and visiting her daughter in Missoula, Montana.
